Fixes

• #372 Fixed a bug in the COPY and COPYRENAME tasks which caused the content of the source file to be deleted when it was copied onto itself. From now on, copying a file onto itself no longer has any effect.

• #371 The terminal client rule update command correctly empties the processing chains (pre, post and err) when an empty value ("") is assigned to them. Previously, it was not possible to empty an existing processing chain; assigning an empty value to a processing chain left it unchanged.

• #370 Added missing migration from #287 which caused all R66-TLS servers and partners created before the 0.7.0 migration to use plaintext R66 instead of using TLS.
