Fixes

• #358 SFTP and R66 clients no longer force file paths to be relative. It is therefore now possible for these clients to request absolute and relative paths. Consequently, remote filepaths calculated during transfers can now be absolute or relative (previously, they were forced to be absolute). Note that, for security reasons, only clients are affected by this change. The Waarp Gateway servers (whatever their protocol) do not accept absolute paths (the latter are considered to be relative to the root of the server).

• #359 Fixed a CLI bug that caused the rule list and rule get commands to crash when the rule to be displayed exceeded a certain number of processing times.
